Terms & Conditions

Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly. By booking into a class at Good Work Studio, you agree to the below terms and conditions.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Our Intro Offer of Unlimited classes (valid for 14 days) is only available to brand-new clients. You can only purchase the introductory offer once. The introductory offer is non-refundable nor transferable and will activate from the date of your first class booking.

2. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class start time will forfeit that session. No-shows and absences will forfeit that session. 

3. Good Work Studio reserves the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons, and owners and/or teachers reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

4. If a class you want to book is full, you can sign up for the waitlist. Should a place become available, you will receive an email or text from us offering you a place in the class. Please respond if you can attend or not. If you cannot make it, your place will be offered to the next client.

5. Class Packs are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. Sessions are non-refundable, are not transferable and can be extended if you are injured, in which case we will request a medical certificate. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date.

6. Single class purchases are valid for 1 month from the purchase date. Sessions are non-refundable & are not transferable.

7. Sessions are not transferrable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own sessions.

8. Gift cards can be used for classes and personal training at Good Work Studio. They are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. Good Work Studio does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on Gift Cards for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final and in accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellations made more than 2 hours before class will get the session back

2. Late Cancellations made less than 2 hours before class will forfeit the session.

3. No-Shows and absences will forfeit the session.

4. Clients on the Unlimited Membership who do not cancel or reschedule your class outside of the 2 hour time frame or are a no show/absent from your class for 2 or more classes within a 14 day period you will incur the full casual fee of the class for each no show/absent class.

MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All Memberships operate on either a 7-day autopay schedule from the credit card information stored. Payment will continue as scheduled unless notified (see Termination Policy below).

2. Memberships will continue with scheduled auto pays unless Good Work Studio is notified of a termination request in writing (see Termination Policy below).

3. Memberships may be subject to price increases but will be communicated in writing 30 days prior to any change.

MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSIONS

1. At least 1 week of written notice is required for membership suspensions.

2. Suspensions are unlimited. Please email requests to-

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATIONS

1. Good Work Studio requires at least 1 week’s written notice to terminate membership. Please email us the request to - kat@good-work.com.au.

2. Memberships cancelled within the 6-month term will incur a $110 cancellation fee for the Unlimited Membership and a $50 cancellation fee for the Single Class Membership. 
3. In the case of long-term or permanent injury or illness that prevents the use of our services, immediate membership termination will be permitted. Termination will take effect from the date we receive written confirmation from a medical doctor.
4. Good Work Studio may terminate a membership without notice for inappropriate, offensive or illegal behaviour, as determined by us, which occurs on our premises or is directed at our staff or other members.
